Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • Request Window: Return requests must be submitted within 2 to 3 days of the package delivery date.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zolfitz.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (bank account) within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Note

  • Returns requested beyond 3 days from delivery may not be accepted.

  • Zolfitz reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
